Premium Tech AV Package
Our Premium Tech AV Package provides the service, audio-visual equipment, and technology to support your meeting. We eliminate the anxiety of using the equipment with in-house support and easy-to-use controls. Because it is included in the Complete Meeting Package price, there are no surprises when the final bill arrives.
The Premium Tech AV Package includes a ceiling-mounted LCD projector and drop-down screens. Every room is equipped with a PC with CD- and DVD-ROM (Internet access included), laptop connectivity, and a wireless-lavaliere microphone. Meeting rooms and amphitheaters include a document camera to share print documents with your audience. Specific package features include:
- Built-in single or multiple high-powered/high-resolution projectors with single or multiple projection screens
- High-speed Internet connectivity – 10-100 LAN (faster than a T-1)
- 802.11N Wireless Network operated by Wandering WiFi
Amphitheaters seat from 75 to 250 attendees.
